About

Larry was hooked on tennis when he started playing in High School.  He made new friends and had fun playing and learning the game.  His coach motivated him to practice and play in the off-season and he improved each year.  In college, he started working at a tennis facility where he taught beginners the game he enjoyed.

He’s retired now, after working over 40 years in the Tennis Industry.  He was a certified teaching professional, manager at public and private tennis centers, national administrator with the USTA, promoter and tennis club owner.  He introduced his children to tennis and now enjoys playing with his grandchildren.

Larry is so grateful for all the opportunities tennis has given him that he wants to give back to tennis and has formed a nonprofit organization.  This will provide underserved and disadvantaged youth with an opportunity to enjoy all the lifetime benefits of tennis.

That’s how Youth on Court started.  That’s my story,
